Solar Battery Storage

In very simple terms solar systems operate at their peak during the longer summer days and produce the least during the shorter, darker, winter period. Balancing this is important for both domestic and commercial solar systems. Most households use their power during early morning before work or school and in the evening whilst relaxing afterwards.
Utilising a battery system considerably speeds up your return on any initial investment by up to 40%.

Harness the Power of the Sun

Step into a sustainable future with our cutting-edge solar and battery storage solutions. By choosing solar energy, you’re not only reducing your carbon footprint but also significantly cutting down on your energy bills. Our advanced solar panels efficiently capture sunlight, converting it into clean, renewable energy for your home.

Solar batteries, also known as solar battery storage systems, store excess energy produced by solar panels (solar PV panels) during the day for use when the sun isn’t shining. The two primary battery technologies used are lithium-ion and lead-acid, both designed to manage the cyclic charging and discharging necessary for solar energy storage.

When sunlight strikes a solar panel, the solar cells convert the sunlight into electrical energy as direct current (DC). This DC electricity then flows to an inverter, which converts it into alternating current (AC) that can be used to power household appliances and devices. If your home’s electricity demand is lower than the generated supply, the excess DC energy can charge the battery.

At night, when your home requires electricity, the solar battery discharges to power your appliances and devices, allowing you to benefit from solar energy even after the sun has set.
